This page contains ideas for children to keep healthy in mind and body. Please contact Mrs Roderick, via Class Dojo message function if you have any additional resources and ideas you would like to recommend to the rest of our school community.
At the bottom of this page are ideas for playing for fun - a set of cards developed for our school. These 'Play Together, Stay Apart' cards are being used in school break/lunch times and are available for you to use at home.

It may be something as simple as mindfulness colouring sheets.
'Stuck at Home' are a couple of free resources and stories that have been made available to schools and families. Based around the PSHE subject of looking forward to dreams and goals, the resources provide: an introduction to parents; stories to listen to as a family; discussion points to have and finish with mindful activity called 'Calm Me Time'
Mental Well being
This list of mental well being resources has been collected by the Department of Education and assured with support from their partners, the Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families.
It is designed to provide guidance on how to support the well being of children and young people being educated remotely.
Many organisations already working with schools will be able to provide remote support, and schools are encouraged to discuss what ongoing support might be available during this time.
