This week is National Anti-Bullying week 2019. The theme this year is 'Change starts with us.'

In class this week, children will be taking part in lessons to encourage them to celebrate what makes each of us unique and think how Change starts with a conversation.

Whether it is verbal, physical, online or in-person, bullying has a significant impact on a child’s life well in to adulthood. By making small, simple changes, we can break this cycle and create a safe envihttps://www.anti-bullyingalliance.org.uk/anti-bullying-weekronment for everyone. Because together, we can challenge bullying. It starts with checking in. It starts with work together.

Small change big difference

This year the goal is to inform schools and settings, children and young people, parents and carers to know that it takes a collective responsibility to stop bullying.

To mark this we would like to launch our Anti Bullying week activities by asking the children to make a small change by changing one part of their school uniform on Tuesday 12th November. This might be their T- shirt, socks or tights, or jumper.
